Our savour radish cake for Chinese New Year!


Inspired by chef Mandy’s grandma Sou, this recipe is loaded with radish, cured meats (sausage + belly), and dried seafood (shrimp + scallop). A new year’s staple, get one before it sells out! Steam and eat! Or slice, and pan fry. Over 1 1/4 lb.


Add on a jar of chef gerry's crispy chili oil, classic combo - a little goes a long way.
