DECA dinner series

Our Deca series, meaning ten, code of ten, also, a play on decadent, the dinner will also be based around 10 diners and 10 courses, but when it comes to food...who is counting?

The pitch: We don't pick the date-----You do. We've opened up select nights for our experimental dinner series.

The basis is you pick one of the select dates.

To pull up a chair: Pay the $10 deposit to book a seat.

You will receive a questionnaire that will help us develop a menu for the event. The Month of June the menu will be based on the summers my family spent driving up to Monterrey from Uruapan. Traveling from Michoaca, through Guanajuato, San Luis Potosi, past Ciudad Victoria, to Monterrey.

Once 10 people pull up a chair, the dinner will be confirmed. You will receive an email with the final details and your invitation.

The Fallback: If a date doesn't hit 10 seats by 48 hours prior, the event is dissolved and your deposit will be refunded.

The event and what to expect.

We wanted to put together an event that will be multisensory while still being inclusive of everyone's taste buds.

The whole point of this is to celebrate in community and what are the odds 10 people chose the same date?!

The main menu will be designed based on the questionnaire fulfilled by you, the guest.

The environment of the event will be all-inclusive and $300 plus the deposit.

When you arrive there will be welcome drinks and snacks. A little music, a little mingle.

Dinner will be plated individually but will have some communal and multi-course items. Think salsas and tortillas on the table. Interacting and playing with food is what makes these meals more fun!

The ingredients will be decadent and elegant but presented under the vision of Chef Gerry and Chef Mandy.

Post dinner, feel free to hang out, while the last dish will be dessert, there will be some snacks and a time to be able to unwind, walk around and sip and snack.

The table is set, just pull up a chair.
