ABOUT ALMA+GIL

ALMA + GIL (pronounced "Hill") was founded by Gerry and Mandy, chefs who have worked in Toronto restaurants. Named after Gerry's grandparents Alma and Gilberto, our two kombucha base flavours are respectively named ALMA and GIL.

HK diner (cha chaan tang) inspired brunch during the day, and mexican for dinner. Reflective of both Mandy & Gerry.
