ALMA + GIL (pronounced "Hill") kombucha company was founded by Gerry. Originally a chef who has worked in Toronto restaurants like Yours Truly, El Caballito, Linda Modern Thai and Rosalinda. ALMA + GIL is a passion project finally coming to fruition. Named after his grandparents Alma and Gilberto who Gerry has long looked up to, our two base flavours are respectively named ALMA and GIL.
