lapsang souchong kombucha
Our lapsang souchang kombucha is strong and forward like Gerry's abuelo Gil. Made from a smoked black tea it has a pleasant aroma that is often compared to whiskey and mezcal. It's a great addition to cocktails or to create new low-ABV cocktails.

SANDRA
yerba mate + lapsang souchong + hibiscus kombucha
A refreshing blend of ALMA (yerba mate) and GIL (lapsang souchong), and second fermented with hibiscus. SANDRA is named after Gerry's mother's love of flowers.

DAVID
yerba mate + simcoe hops kombucha
DAVID, the uncle who probably gave Gerry his first sip of beer. It only seems right to name our hopped yerba mate kombucha after him. Bright with passionfruit notes, all the floral of the hops without the alcohol content. Your new favourite non-alcoholic beer, we mean kombucha!
