About Experience
Some of you might already know that we grind corn in house to make our own tortillas. As we focus more on our tortilla production. We thought it would be a fun idea to have you come try something other than our taco menu!
The deposit will be non refundable, this is your ticket to get a special $5 menu for the day.
If you don't make a reservation you can still come in! Just a different menu will await.
What to expect?!
This month we will focus on the Chinese, La Chinesca, and their influence on Mexican food.
Featuring:
Carnitas coloradas: Pork Char Siu, chopped up and served with red onions and rice wine vinegar pickles.
Arrachera "chifa" stir fry: steak marinated with scallions, maggi and black vinegar.
Pescado sal y pimienta: fried fish in a masa dredge and sichuan peppercorn salsa

Tacos de canasta, tostadas, fresh tortillas with guacamole
Salsas and more salsas!
The corn! We will be using tuxpeno corn from Chiapas this time. Cooked in cal, steeped over night, ground and make our tortillas with it. The Nixtamal is the heartbeat behind our dinner service and this is our best homage to it.
Expect this event every month, in collab with Morita BBQ.
Just a perfect way to launch into the summer.
