Chef Gerry and team make these laborious tamales inspired by his childhood. Made with Maizal's ontario corn masa, whipped with flavour - beef fat, chicken fat, butter or garlic oil, and salsas.

Frozen tamales filled with guisados like:

pollo en salsa roja (chicken, red sauce),

beef picadillo (beef stew),

champinones (roasted mushrooms + cheese),

papas (potato + tomato, vegan),

and even chocolate tamales!
