Last year we had our first VIET BBQ pop-up inspired by grandma Sou, now that the weather is warm again, it's time to light the charcoal! grandma Sou grew up in vietnam, and had many vietnamese dishes in her repertoire and often spoiled her family with a large viet feast. this is a menu inspired by her, hoping to continue sharing her delicious food.
