With Gerry's passion for fermenting and love of food, he has turned his hobby into a career. ALMA+GIL which is lovingly named after his grandparents whom he has the utmost respect for, and are his continued role models for business and in life. Gerry would usually be found at Dupont working on organic fermented tea projects, and cooking up our new hot sauces and chili oils.
