KOREAN BBQ FEAST

Our second March monthly feast is Korean BBQ Feast for hopefully the last cold month!

​

A feast of grilled items with lettuce wraps, grilled mains, lots of banchan - side dishes, kimchi rice, and all the accompaniments. Just reheat, enjoy the taste of grill in this never-ending winter.

- meat; soy garlic short ribs, pork belly, chili chicken thighs

- veg: maitakes, soy garlic tofu curd, chili sweet potato steaks

- lettuce, sauces, scallions, potato salad, house kimchi

- add on: cheesy corn, seafood pancakes, kimchi tofu
