Due to the popularity of the tamales in our Day of the Dead Feast, we now provide frozen tamales. Each pack includes:
- 3 pieces of tamales (one flavour)
 
Choice of frozen tamales (set of 3)
- Porco en mole (braised pork in mole, contains seeds, red masa)
- Rajas (poblano pepper stew, green masa) vegetarian 
- Frijoles + queso (bean and cheese, masa) vegetarian 
 
Ingredients for pork in mole: masa (corn dough), salt, garlic oil, chili, herbs. Pork, onion, garlic, lime, spices, salt, oil.
 
Ingredients for rajas (pepper stew): masa (corn dough), garlic oil, spinach, salt. Poblano peppers, corn, onion, sour cream, evaporated milk, garlic, lime, salt, oil.
 
 
Ingredients for bean + cheese: masa (corn dough), salt, garlic oil, onion, garlic, veg stock, mozzarella and cheddar cheese, herbs/spices, salt, oil.
