This is also a great option for work from home meals, pre or post workout. or simply a busy lifestyle. our meal plan includes your choice of two savoury or sweet, cold or hot ALMA+GIL power bowls. Your choice of two juices or kombucha (or mix!), and fresh fruit for healthy snacking! the meals are already prepped, just reheat, gives yourself more time for you! whether it be more physical activity, work meetings, errands to run (although you can also order produce from us, one stop shop!), these delicious and plant forward meals fuel your day.
